As it turns out, conquering a population wasn’t his special talent.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a SFR comic. This one, like many, came from me trying to find some reference pics, when I noticed Photo Finish’s cutie mark was the exact same as Twilight’s (the magics!), which I then confirmed with her trading card. Then, out of curiosity, I peaked at Sombra’s card to see what his was, and by gum, it says it’s unknown. It’s kind of funny, Sombra is the only major villain in the series that’s still 100% pony (EDIT: Oh yeah. Nightmare Moon. Forgot about her.), so it would certainly suggest he has one. Or should have one. But I digress, you can probably see how I got from Point A to Point Comic.

I wanted to do something a little bit upbeat after this week. If you haven’t heard, Ryan Davis recently passed away. He was the founder of Giant Bomb and the lead host of the Giant Bombcast. As someone who spends more time listening to podcasts than watching TV and playing video games combined, his is a voice and personality that I will sorely miss. He was a great writer, an unparalleled podcast host, and a man that could bring out the humor in anything. May his legacy and his spirit continue to live on in our hearts.

Sorry to end on such a downer. It’s been that kind of week. I didn’t even have time for a bonus panel, same as last week. But hey, I’ve got a long car ride next week, so I’ll have time to talk about fun stuff, like Funko designs and new Funrise plush and the release date for Equestria Girls and junk like that.
